In 2017 we continue our record for innovation with the launch of Vantage ‘Factor-E’ – our free, on-line plant management system.
Factor-E allows plant managers to keep an on-line record of their plant, machines and parts, maintain maintenance logs, share information and tasks with maintenance technicians, plan and book services and generate reminders for important plant-related tasks. Furthermore, fast and secure shop-floor access to maintenance information is available via ‘QR’ code part labels and a smartphone app, which can also be used to send alerts to responsible individuals in the event of concerns over a part or machine. A ‘one-touch’ emergency breakdown button is also provided, which automatically sends detailed part information and an alert to our 24 Hour Emergency Service, so a solution can be put in place with the minimum of delay. The system is free to use and set up, although we can carry out a plant audit and set up the system on your behalf if required.
