One such Telford-based customer - again, a first tier automotive supplier had a failure on a 90kW Siemens inverter drive and motor - on a Saturday Morning. We collected the inverter within an hour, repaired it through the remainder of the day - and night, and returned at 11am the next day with a full 12 month unconditional warranty. A brand new Siemens 90kW motor - sourced overnight - also accompanied the repaired inverter that Sunday Morning, as cover should the same break down occur again. We saved our customer not only tens of thousands of pounds in lost production, but also a substantial penalty clause payment to their OEM customers.
